The Tennis Club St-Dergue is committed to welcoming everyone who wants to play sports. It is part of the Unified program.
A Unified Club fosters a society where everyone has a place. In a Unified Club, children, young people, and adults who are usually excluded can come. They can participate in adapted training programs. They can participate in the life of the club.

The label is based on the following criteria:
Charter for Inclusive Sport
By adopting the charter developed by Swiss Inclusive Sport, the sports organization commits to the development of inclusive sport. Adherence to the charter implies the adoption and implementation of an inclusive approach: the organization commits to integrating inclusion into its offerings.
Responsible person
The organization designates a person responsible for inclusion, visible internally (e.g., at the Annual General Meeting) and externally (website), who serves as the contact for Swiss Inclusive Sport.
Visibility
The inclusive offering is visible and easy to find. It is communicated in clear language through appropriate channels (website, social media, flyers). Accessibility information is available. The collaboration with Swiss Inclusive Sport is described, and the Unified by Swiss Inclusive Sport label is displayed.
Implementation Plan
The organization, in collaboration with Swiss Inclusive Sport, is developing concrete steps to make its sports activities more inclusive. These steps serve as benchmarks for implementation and allow for monitoring progress in the inclusion process.
Sustainability
The organization explains how inclusion is sustainably integrated into its sports offerings (e.g., fixed budgets, recurring activities).
